Returns

At the Brisbane Lightning, we don’t offer change of mind returns. We do offer 30 day refund or exchange, for items that are defective with their original packaging.

Unfortunately auctioned jerseys, personalised items, player worn jerseys and sale items can not be returned - unless they suffer a major problem as covered by Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds

In order to obtain a refund your item will need to either be returned to the Game Day Merchandise Stand or posted back to the Brisbane Lightning.

Items being returned to the Game Day Merchandise Stand must be organised in advance so that the Merchandise Manager is aware that the item will be arriving. If possible, your item will be inspected on the spot and if eligible, your refund will be issued. 

If you need to return your item via post, you will need to coordinate this with the Merchandise Manager via email. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges

As per the above refund information, exchanges must be pre-arranged via email with the Merchandise Manager. Exchanges can take place either at the Game Day Merchandise Stand or via post. Replacement merchandise will not be provided until the initially purchased items are returned to the Club.

Processing Time

Upon ordering, please allow up to 7 days for your order to be shipped. Customers will be notified of any delays beyond this 7-day timeframe.

NB: PRE-0RDERS WILL HAVE A 7 DAY SHIPPING TIME FROM RECEIPT OF SUPPLIER

Delivery Options

Online orders are available for shipping within Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, China, Japan, South Korea, UK and selected European countries. If your country is not on the list, please email merch@brisbanelightning.com.au

Alternatively, orders can be collected from the merchandise desk on game days from Ice World Boondall. Please select the pick-up option at check out if you wish to collect your order in person.

Damage in Transit

While we take care to ensure your order is packed securely, there is always a chance that damage may occur during transit. While this is out of our control, if major damage does occur, please contact us at merch@brisbanelightning.com.au.
